Outreach & Prevention

Street Outreach services include housing assistance, connections to detox & treatment, medical and behavioral health, recovery support and harm reduction.  The Street Outreach Team offers a helping hand in a nonjudgmental manner, closely collaborating with local agencies to ensure efficient, effective and appropriate referrals.

Prevention work is funded through two grants awards from MA Department of Public Health: Overdose to Action (OD2A) and MassCALL3. Outreach & Prevention programs are also made possible through the support of The Community Foundation of North Central Massachusetts, City of Fitchburg CDBG, City of Fitchburg ARPA and Commonwealth of Massachusetts ARPA.
