To sign up to be notified of vaccination clinics conducted by the Fitchburg Board of Health you can submit a form here.  This will allow the Board of Health to notify you as you become eligible for vaccination according to the state's phased release plan.

You can receive your COVID 19 Vaccination at the Fitchburg Community Health Center, If you are an established patient at the CHC. Please contact your doctor’s office there to schedule your COVID 19 vaccination.

CVS Pharmacy is now administering the COVID-19 vaccine by appointment only. Please visit cvs.com/coronavirus for an updated location in Massachusetts.

COVID-19 Vaccination Plans and updates (NEW!) :

The City of Fitchburg Health Department is following the Massachusetts Department of Public Health's (MADPH) Vaccination Program and receives vaccine deliveries directly from MADPH. Click the link below to access the plan details:

Currently the City of Fitchburg has teamed with 10 communities of the Montachusett Public Health Network and has arranged 4 COVID clinics for First Responders open to 10 cities and towns. 800 vaccine was received and 800 vaccine were given to First Responders during the week of January 11, 2021. Fitchburg is now working with several partners to organize the next group in phase 1 which is congregate housing and health care workers and the 2nd vaccination for First Responders  was completed. Another 800 doses were given and 100 doses to congregate housing and 200 doses to our 75+ seniors.  More clinics to follow once our vaccine supply is replenished.  The Fitchburg Health Department has issued 1900 vaccinations so far since January 11, 2021
